ETSY MUD TEAM EVENT SCHEDULE

 

Members are not obligated to participate in all events, but are required to participate in 2 events per year.  Feel free to choose those that interest you and meet your schedule.

 

PRIZES: If you would like to offer a prize for the winners of our challenges and/or if you are willing to accept 20% discount coupons in your shop for the voters, please convo dbabcock. If your prize donation is selected by a winner, it counts as one entry toward your participation in team events. You must notify dbabcock or jdwolfepottery if your prize is selected so we can tally the donation as a participation entry.

October 11-16 Fourth Annual EMT Mug Swap

Participating members will sign up to swap handmade mugs (as many as you wish to swap) during this popular event. Judy and Rich (JNPOTTERY) will put all of the email registrations into the database and do the drawing on October 17. You can sign up for the mug swap anytime between October 11 – 16 at which time you 1) provide your name, mailing address, email address, shipping preference (U.S. only or International shipping) and number of mugs you want to swap on the appropriate form

2) at the same time, you upload a photo of the mugs you will be swapping. If there is no photo uploaded by the 17th, then you will not be eligible for the mug swap. (If you're swapping more than one mug, please include all of them in one photo. And if you can include your own mug shot – face shot  -- in the photo, that's even better.)

Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the sender; please be considerate of your fellow swappers and be sure to ship mugs no later than Friday, October 22.

Gobble Gobble Goblet Challenge - November 1 - 7

Just in time for the holidays, participating EMT members are creating goblets -- wheel-thrown or hand-built -- in any size, shape or design, as long as they are made of clay. The artist with the most votes will win a prize donated by a volunteer member. Everyone who votes in this challenge will receive a coupon good for 20% off at participating member shops.

Artists are responsible for uploading their photographs and descriptions no later than midnight EST October 31, 2010. No exceptions.

Pitcher Yourself at EMT Challenge - Jan 10 - 16, 2011

Participating EMT members are creating pitchers -- wheel-thrown or hand-built -- in any size, shape and design as long as they are made of clay. The artist with the most votes will win a prize donated by a volunteer member. Everyone who votes in this challenge will receive a coupon good for 20% off at participating member shops.

Artists are responsible for uploading their photographs and descriptions no later than midnight EST Januaary 9, 2011 No exceptions.
